A crimson leaf, Latin rhythms
Translucent in sunset
a crimson leaf
glides the roof
of the canvas tent.
Uncoiling
it ripples
in tangy autumn winds
to not quite
Latin rhythms
of my son, his friend
who are also radiant
in twilight.
As guitars
splice
the evening sky
night tempos
tango air
